Below are some quick, healthy, easy to prepare recipes that I use on a regular basis although my favourite is the Blackened chicken, quinoa, mango and avocado salad. The photo of this dish is actually taken in my kitchen and I cook this when I have my parties, long distant past now though, as it is so quick and easy and I have never had anyone say they do not like it.
